The controls are just horrible, you use your mouse to complete tasks like stirring food, defeathering the turkey, chopping off its head, ect.
Let's just ignore the PETA part and just treat this as a normal flash game for now. As you play this short flash game, you will go through different cooking tasks, and read through PETA advertisements trying to get you to go vegetarian. Cooking Mama: Mama Kills Animals (The Unofficial PETA version, meaning Taito didn't give them permission to use it's intellectual property), is a game made by PETA, where you "prepare" a thanksgiving dinner, in the same style as the Cooking Mama DS games. Now if you're looking at the title and going "lolwut", that pretty much sums up this game.
